Airbag Coding

Dear colleagues,

there is a request and proposal from BMW to discuss and document a more complete coding approach for the
measurement channels related to Airbags. You will find a proposal attached.

We will have a discussion in the next task force meeting and hope for feedback, experiences and advices from other users.

I have added the codes for "Airbag" and "AirbagSim" to the current database proposal vor 1.6.3/1.7,
I needed to add also the new code part "AV" for FL3:
