Proposal for new MainLocations

For the use in the filmanalysis we need some additional MainLocations.

New MainLocation: MSME - Main side member
Using: ?4MSME - Main side member left
Using: ?6MSME - Main side member right

New MainLocation: TAIL - Tail
Using: ?8TAIL - Tail of the car

Old Mainlocation: FREN - Frontend
Old using : ?0FREN - undefined position makes no sense
New using: ?2FREN - Frontend at the front of the car
